DIRECTOR OF BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT

Part-time; Remote 

YOU WILL:

 

Business Development:

  • Strategically identify opportunities with startups and cooperation that might need AI/blockchain solutions.

  • Cultivate and expand professional relationships with tech companies across the globe (with a focus in the U.S.)

  • Run the full sales life-cycle for your prospective deals from the initial call, to product demo, through deal signing.

  • Negotiate terms that deliver value to N&T Labs

  • Partner with internal Product and Marketing teams to develop and introduce new revenue opportunities into the market and pitch white-labeled solutions to prospective partners

  • Help to co-define Business Development team processes, goals and KPI's as our growing startup continues to scale

 

 

Relationship Management and Engagement:

  • Directly manage a portfolio of partners

  • Cultivate relationships with all existing partners and ensure N&T Labs’ services are delivering value to our partners

 

 

Team Leadership and Collaboration:

  • Lead a team of client management and business development professionals

  • Collaborate closely with colleagues in Marketing and Communications, program positioning and communication

  • Contribute to defining, and deliver on business development and relationship management goals and metrics for team

 

 

YOU HAVE:

 

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in business development, partnerships, relationship management

  • Experience in tech industry and passion to learn AI and blockchain technologies

  • Track record of direct leadership, successfully attracting, motivating and inspiring a team

  • Urgency and relentless energy to improve and innovate, navigating through uncharted territory

  • Independent critical thinking and business insight with an emphasis on analytics and strategy to support opportunity identification and evaluation, negotiations and decision-making

  • Ability to lead and navigate through complexity and ambiguity

  • History of developing successful partnerships

  • Good interpersonal skills and an ability to establish credibility and trust with internal and external partners, including at the executive level. This includes excellent verbal and written presentation and influence skills

  • Master’s degree in marketing/business or a related field is strongly preferred
